This week I worked my first night shift in almost three years since my “break down”. I was able to not only pick up an extra shift last minute but it was my opposite shift and I didn’t have any issues well other than my sleep schedule got messed up but still. Also worked out three days this week. Feeling good!

I used to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, especially after night shift.  Andi has helped regulate my sleep and allow me to wake more rested and energized and get back playing sports in my off time.
